Serendipity Wellness Center accepts most health insurances as well as all auto insurance PIP and 3rd party auto insurances. Please call our insurance coordinator Lisa at (253) 394-1466 prior to booking your first acupuncture appointment and provide your insurance information so that your insurance can be verified prior to your 1st appointment. We also accept Health Savings Account HSA and Flex Spending account FSA payments if you have not met your deductible for the year. If your health insurance does not cover services or add on services such as Tuina Massage, bleeding cups, moving cups, cupping or injection therapy you will be responsible for paying for those services. (Our policy: We will bill your health insurance one time. If they do not cover yours services, you will be billed. We have recently increased our charge for late cancellations for less than 24 hours notice or our no show fees from $50.00 to $85.00 effective 7/1/25. If you have a card on file, it will automatically be billed. Please note: We are not accepting any new L&I patients at this time.)
Serendipity specializes in treating and reducing pain (neck, back, shoulder, elbow and sciatic pain) caused by the auto accident. We bill your auto PIP insurance or the 3rd party auto insurance so there is no expense to you.
