Our Massage Services are performed by licensed massage therapists. Our goal is to relax and indulge you with a Serendipity Deep Tissue Massage or Relaxing Swedish Massage experience. For medical massages Our therapist will bill your Health or Auto insurance for Medical Massage. (Our policy: We will bill your health insurance one time. If they do not cover yours services, you will be billed. We have recently increased our charge for late cancellations for less than 24 hours notice or our no show fees from $50.00 to $85.00 effective 7/1/2025. If you have a card on file, it will automatically be billed. Please note: We are not accepting any new L&I patients at this time.) Please call (253) 394-1466 at least one day prior to your Medical Massage appointment so we have enough time to verify your health benefit coverage or auto injury claim. If you have been involved in an auto accident, please bring a copy of the police report and auto insurance claim number.  Serendipity also accepts HSA or Flex Spending payment for our Therapeutic or Medical Massage services.
